The conference is organized by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar, with the aim of exploring global issues related to digital transformation in the fields of social science and education, particularly in the context of the post-pandemic era. The conference was held in a hybrid mode on September 6 7, 2023, and took place in Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusnagkar, Batusangkar, Indonesia. The theme of the conference is “Global Issues on Social Science and Education in Digital Transformation in the Post-Pandemic Era.” Through this conference, we provide a platform for researchers, scientists, education practitioners, and students to present and share their innovative ideas in the fields of social science and education. We would like to express our gratitude to all keynote speakers and presenters from around the world who delivered and exchanged their ideas in the ICoeSSE 2023. The invited speakers include: Prof. Dr. Ahmad Zainul Hamdi, M.A (Director of Islamic Higher Education, Dirjen Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama RI), Prof. Dr. Fasli Jalal, Sp.GK., Ph.D., (Rector of YARSI University, Indonesia), Prof. Dr. Suswati Hendriani M.Pd.,M.Pd (Universitas Islam NegeriMahmud Yunus Batusangkar, Indonesia), Dr. Anis Nazihah Mat Daud, (Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia), Prof. Dr. Ismet Fanany, (Deakin University, Australia), and Prof. Dr. Mona Taman, Future Leader International Group, Egypt. This volume of proceedings provides an opportunity for readers to engage with a selection of refereed papers that were presented during the ICoeSSE 2023. We wish scholars, professionals, and stakeholders from all parts of society and all regions of the world enjoy and discover valuable engagement with authors’ ideas in sustaining professional development in the area of social science and education.
