This study aims to explain the phenomenon of learning management at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Pekalongan during covid-19 and how to maintain effective learning management in the new normal era. This research focused on planning and implementation. This study using descriptive methods and a qualitative approach. Researchers as an instrument of this study. Data sources of this research are the vice principal of Islamic boarding school, the founder’s president, teachers and some students. Data were collected through indepth observation and interviews. Based on the finding of this study, it is shown that learning management is the main factors to handle all activities in pandemic covid-19. The result of this research is a learning management development strategy with E-learning in the new normal era.
