Abstract

The main attention is devoted to the issues of the scientific and technological development of Russia at the regional level in the framework of the global trends in the development of science. The authors review and present a set of cutting-edge perspectives on problematic issues of public administration in this area. An approach is proposed to achieve a new quality of management of the scientific sphere.
