Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the level of socio-economic differentiation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation as of 2018. Based on the statistical information bulletin “Information for Monitoring the Socio-Economic Situation of the Subjects of the Russian Federation” of the Federal State Statistics Service, which characterizes the economic and social situation of the regions, a study is conducted focusing on the differences in socio-economic development, using multidimensional statistical analysis methods. The location, composition, statistical characteristics of clusters, the degree of similarity and differences of the subjects of the Russian Federation were determined.
