Abstract

As the main organizer and service provider of scientific research activities in colleges and universities, the quality and business ability of scientific research management team plays a basic role in the effectiveness and quality of scientific research management in colleges and universities. By analyzing the current situation of scientific research management in colleges and universities in China, this paper finds out the main factors that restrict the improvement of the performance of scientific research management in colleges and universities, points out the professional qualities and skills that scientific research managers should possess, and probes into the methods and ways to improve the quality of scientific research management team in colleges and universities.
