The cultivation of craftsman spirit and its integration into higher vocational teaching practice have become a common understanding for improving teaching quality, promoting the healthy development of higher vocational education and achieving the goal of talent cultivation. It is the pursuit of vocational educators in the new era to actively explore ways to cultivate craftsmen' spirit, constantly innovate teaching practice and find a new way to cultivate talents. "Construct a large army of knowledge-based, skill-based and innovative workers, carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, and create a glorious social style of labor and a spirit of dedication to excellence. "This is the new requirement put forward by the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC to the whole Party and the whole people in accordance with our national conditions and the actual needs of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. The proposal of this requirement not only points out the direction of Higher Vocational education, but also shows us the responsibilities and tasks that higher vocational education should undertake in realizing this great process. To carry forward and cultivate the spirit of craftsmen, it is important to actively explore the path of cultivating the spirit of craftsmen, and to carry on and develop the spirit of craftsmen into practice, which is the most urgent task of Higher Vocational education.
