Abstract

As the core of the scientific development concept, “putting people first” has profound and comprehensive philosophical connotation. It is not only a matter of values, but also a unity of world outlook, outlook on life and values. While establishing the “putting people first” management concept, colleges and universities must clarify some misunderstandings and integrate their ideological implications in the legalization, institutionalization, scientification and harmonious construction of the management system to comprehensively promote the construction and innovation of the management system of colleges and universities.
