Abstract

Against the backdrop of the in-depth advancement of the innovation-driven development strategy and the implementation of the “Double-High Plan”, higher vocational colleges, as important positions for applied technology research and development and skilled talent cultivation, the value release and transformation application of their patent achievements are of crucial significance for serving regional industrial upgrading. This study focuses on the patent transformation practices of the “Double-High Plan” construction colleges in Shandong Province. Firstly, it analyzes the patent data of the “Double-High Plan” construction colleges in Shandong Province from 2020 to 2024; secondly, it deeply explores the predicaments faced by these colleges in the process of patent achievement transformation; finally, based on the own conditions and regional particularities of the “Double-High Plan” colleges in Shandong Province, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: research and development direction, patent quality, internal mechanisms of colleges, and external cooperation of colleges, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical experience for promoting the efficient transformation of patent achievements in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province and facilitating the high-quality development of regional economy.
