Website: http://qahe.msue.edu.mn The Mongolian National University of Education has successfully organized the “Quality Assurance in higher education” International Conference for 16 consecutive years since 2016. The scope of this conference grows year to year, increasing in quality and participants. Furthermore, in 2018, the conference website was launched (www. qahe.msue.edu.mn) and started partnering with sponsor organizations. This year, we are delighted to announce that the conference will be registered in the Altantis Press of Springer Nature, giving open access to all research papers discussed during the conference. Today, researchers from seven countries, such as Japan, China, South Korea, India, Germany, Russia, and the USA, will participate. Researchers from more than ten organizations, including the Ministry of Education and Science; UN Institute of the Advanced Study of Sustainability, Japan; Mongolian National Council of Education Accreditation; Mongolian Institute of Educational Research; National University of Mongolia; Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences; Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture; Dornod University; Mongolian Gymnastics Association; and Otgontenger University will be presenting their research papers. A total of 33 papers will be discussed at the plenary and three sessions of this conference named “Education Quality Policy and Implementation,” “Innovation of Teaching and Learning Technology and Contemporary Trends,” and “Teaching and Learning Technology Implementations and Outcomes.” There are five poster presentations. The research volume on high education quality and its relevant disciplines has increased.
