Proceedings of the Riau Annual Meeting on Law and Social Sciences (RAMLAS 2019)

RAMLAS 2019 was held from 6th (Wednesday) to 7th (Thursday) November 2019 at Pangeran Hotel, in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. RAMLAS is an international conference which is held every year to gather bright ideas about law and other social sciences related to solve the latest global issue of mankind. This year, it brought “Harmony of Industrial Revolution 4.0” as its theme. The main purposes of the conference are to spread ideas and thoughts about the Sustainable Development Goals, to accommodate ideas about harmonizing SDGs and local wisdom, to explore, record and redefine the concepts of local wisdom that support the Sustainable Development Goals, to accommodate and harmonize the legal concepts and theories (in the fields of Criminal, Civil, Constitutional, and International Law) that are oriented in the Sustainable Development Goals and Local Wisdom, and to implement the concept of Sustainable Development Goals and Local Wisdom in social life in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0.
