Abstract

In this study, the psychology of contemporary college students is analyzed from various perspective, their pressure constitute is fully explained.They experience a variety of pressure,for example, different understanding,study pressure,life pressure understanding, emotional pressure,career pressure.Afterthat, the related solutions are proposed.It starts from the source to explore the method to solve the problem. Therefore, the universities can take the appropriate measures to achieve the ideal mental health education.
