- Abstract
The problem of employment of poor college students is the focus of current society. This paper analyzed the present situation of higher vocational graduates employment for poverty, elaborated to precise poverty reduction as the breakthrough point, conscientiously do good job recognition and employment assistance precision of impoverished students in Higher Vocational school. And how to strengthen the guidance and assistance to promote individuality, poor graduates occupation confidence and employment skills, help them to find suitable work stable employment, puts forward the method and suggestion.
