Abstract

The enterprise’s open knowledge creation is characterized by knowledge-share promotion and system’s value maximization. The Organization which is suitable for enterprises developing the open knowledge creation should possess characteristics like knowledge-share strategy, transverse oblate network organizations and shared organization culture. Furthermore, it can reflect the special mechanisms of its knowledge division coordination.
