Abstract

At present, Chinese rapid economic development, but at the same time, the number of college graduates is also increasing year by year, also in some areas in recent years, the development speed of slow, it also increased the difficulty of employment of college graduates, based on this, college graduate education work becomes more and more important, the university graduation education can do a good job of college students successful employment plays a very important role, is also related to the social development and stability. This paper takes the school of traffic science and engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology as an example, practice and exploration of the educational work of university graduates are described and analyzed.
