Abstract

This study aims to describe a series of activities and didactic values contained in the cuak mengan in the Lampung community, especially the Lampung Pepadun indigenous people in the North Lampung area. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, notes, and documentation. The result of this research is that the cuak mengan is a closing ceremony in a traditional procession that has didactic values, namely the value of tolerance, peace-loving, communicative, social care, and responsibility.
