- Abstract
The parent-teacher relationship is a key channel through which colleges and universities realize the goals of education and student development. In response to conflicts caused by disciplinary approaches, communication mechanisms, crisis feedback, and educational articulation, university counselors should optimize educational counseling plans, home-school communication, crisis management, and diversified counseling strategies. These pathways can reduce parent-teacher conflict and strengthen home-school collaboration in cultivating talents suited to future social development.
