Enterprise training is an important means to promote the continuous development of enterprises as well as the core way for enterprises to strengthen the personnel training. The training patterns and effects have become an important research topic in the field of of the enterprise training development. This article explores how to improve the actual effects of enterprise training in the aspects of training system construction and trainer staff construction. Reflection from such five perspectives as requirement survey, plan making, curriculum design, project implementation, and effect evaluation forms an all-round, closed-loop research on the construction of training system, and exploration on the way of building training platforms as well as the mode of trainer training provides a set of methods to improve the professional qualities of enterprise trainers.
