Abstract

A holistic view of the innovation personality will allow a deeper understanding of the nature of innovativeness as a personal characteristic, which is reflected in the readiness for intensive activity in the uncertain future due to the ability to create new products and the desire for their practical application. The style of innovative thinking varies depending on the psychological type of personality. To identify the relationship between innovativeness and the characteristics of a certain activity, the results of the empirical study in which the test subjects developed a new product using the Method of Focal Objects (MFO) are presented.
