- Abstract
Education is a basic tool in the formation of a better society. Because with education someone will be guided to know various things such as the norms and values of life, which in turn will affect their lifestyles and behavior. However, the presence of formal schools did not make many people satisfied with the results obtained. Many of them then are still looking for additional lessons outside by educating their children to tuition class institutions. Changes in patterns in the field of education that are very fast alternating due to aspects of globalization in all fields so that it affects the field of education, so that led to many institutions of tuition classes that resulted in very tight competition in it. According to statistical data, the number of tuition classes is not known certainly, because many of the tuition classes institutions do not officially register themselves in the district or city service, consequently, only a few tuition classes are officially recorded at the education agency.
