Abstract

Taken the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Southwest Petroleum University as an example, elaborated how to teaching staff construction as the breakthrough, around the university characteristics, positive for petroleum and local market to carry out the teaching and scientific research work, and the characteristics of course, for the industry development and construction of general subject in colleges and universities to provide the reference.
