Abstract

This paper combines the current situation of vocational college students’ employability training in my country, takes students from order classes and industrial colleges to the research objects, and according to the vocational talent training plan under the background of the integration of industry and education, the students’ professional ability, development ability, basic ability, The four aspects of job-seeking ability analyze the needs of college students’ employability, and construct the training path of college students’ employability according to the idea of “collaborative training between schools and enterprises, and implementation of hierarchical classification”.
